Below a Racing TV Schedule for Daytona and Milwaukee, August 2026. NASCAR Cup and O’Reilly Series are taking on the high banks of Daytona International Speedway this weekend. Qualifying and for both series is on Friday and later the O’Reilly race, Saturday, the Cup race. The weather for the weekend looks like being OK in the evenings, but afternoon thunderstorms can pop up. Fingers crossed or thumbs on hold for that, rain delays for a night race are the worse there is. If needed, check for updates at your favorit weather service or RaceWeather
And some good news broke this week!! Carson Kvapil is back in the JRM #8 for 2027!
Indy Car are at historic Milwaukee Mile for a double header weekend. Practice, Friday and Qualifying and Race 1 Saturday and race 2 Sunday. The Milwaukee Mile is a 1.015 mi (1.633 km) oval racetrack at the Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis, Wisconsin, a suburb west of Milwaukee. The track opened in 1903 as a dirt track, and with that it is the oldest operating motor speedway in the world, and in 1954 track was paved.
IMSA Sports Car are off a couple of weeks, next up Battle on the Bricks, at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
NHRA Dragracing are off this weekend, next NHRA US Nationals at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.
Some other events of interest; F1, are off this weekend. Moto GP are racing at MotorLand Aragon in Spain, F.S.-2 got the coverage, over here, V Sport Motor / ViaPlay.
